Vehicles are booked by category (e.g., economy, compact, SUV) rather than specific makes and models. While we cannot guarantee a specific model, we'll provide a vehicle from your selected category or a free upgrade if available.
Can I request a specific vehicle model?
Yes, all our vehicles undergo regular maintenance and safety inspections. Each vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and inspected between rentals. The average age of our fleet is typically under 2 years.
Are your vehicles regularly maintained?
All our vehicles are non-smoking. A substantial cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found in the vehicle.
Can I smoke in the vehicle?
Yes, we offer child seats, booster seats, and infant carriers for an additional daily fee. These must be requested at the time of booking to ensure availability. You're also welcome to bring and install your own child seat.
Do you provide child seats?
We offer hand-controlled vehicles and wheelchair-accessible vans at select locations. Due to limited availability, these must be requested well in advance. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific accessibility needs.
Do you have wheelchair-accessible vehicles?
Pets are generally allowed in our vehicles with advance notice, though a cleaning fee may apply. Service animals are always welcome at no additional charge. Please inform us when booking if you'll be traveling with a pet.
